This is the best eye cream that I have tried at the moment. I have been searching for an eye cream that really moisturizes and refreshes this area for so long without results. But with this one, it really makes the difference. Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb 8211 This is one of the few eye creams that didnt give me milia, but its not one that stands out. I would prefer one that isnt scented. I was still curious to see if the moisturizing bomb would work better for my dry skin since it is on the heavier side. Luckily, they were also able to send me that one to try as well. To my surprise, the texture is more of a gel cream rather then a heavy cream. Massaged into the skin, the cream absorbs fairly quickly and leaves a slightly dewy look to the skin which I prefer. Do I think it is more moisturizing then the aqua bomb? Not necessarily actually. The color works well with a traditional smoky eye look or a blue smoked out one.. Especially after a whole week of using hair care products, the buildup was ridiculous. It's exactly what I want to smell at the end of a stressful work day, an olfactory antidote to the bills I need to pay or the errands I need to run. The range of shades offer a variety of options to choose from, but the best shade for fair skin tones is Ivory.
